Do I have to buy the displays?

Our plant displays are available for rental or purchase. Both options come with a comprehensive maintenance service, with regular scheduled visits from our teams, any plants that do not appear to be thriving are replaced, free of charge.

How long is a standard term contract?

With the exception of the Carousel Range, which is on a 3 month term, our standard agreement is 3 years but this can be adapted to suit your needs.

Which areas do you cover?

Green Team Interiors provide a high quality service to workplaces of all shapes and sizes across Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West Sussex, Dorset, Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Wiltshire, and surrounding areas.

We can also assist with installations and maintenance outside of these areas – please contact us for details.

What does your design service involve?

We visit every workspace, and select plants that we know will thrive in each location. Our pots and displays can be matched to corporate colours, and branding, and of course, we submit detailed designs and images for approval at every stage.

Do you have a referral scheme?

Much of our work comes to us via direct referral, but we do not have a reward scheme, other than the reward of improving more workplaces, and making more people happy.

Christmas Decorations

When should we order our Christmas Decorations?

We suggest as soon as possible, we receive the bulk of our orders in January and February thanks to our satisfied customers, but we take orders throughout the year. Our displays can be seen here, and as with every part of our service, we are always happy to discuss options.

When will you deliver our tree, and decorations?

We will arrange a time and date that is convenient to you, we have installation teams on the road throughout December…or even earlier if you are really keen to get in the festive spirit!

Do you come and collect the decorations after Christmas?

We do indeed. Again we arrive at a time and date to suit you, and our team will remove every last tree, candy-cane, and bauble, all to be safely stored for next time, repurposed, or responsibly recycled.


How often do you visit?

Our maintenance team members will visit your premises on a regular fortnightly schedule, at which time all displays will benefit from our full plant care service.

What does your maintenance service include?

During each visit our maintenance team will water, prune and feed the plants, clean both the foliage and the container and replace any plants which may be struggling to thrive.

Will it be different people every visit?

Absolutely not, apart from holiday cover, your maintenance crew will be the same every visit, so they know your workplace from top to bottom.

What if something goes wrong with our displays?

In the highly unlikely event that something goes awry with any plant, or display (so unlikely, it’s never actually happened!), simply call, or email the office and we will sort everything out for you.

Will you look after our own plants?

We would never leave a plant in need! We can arrange scheduled visits by our plant experts, please call or email with details, and we will do the rest.
